Nestled in the hills of Cherry Valley, Sacred Oak Vineyard is one of Southern California’s newer wedding venues. It’s a picturesque venue with rustic charm and vineyard views. I had the opportunity to photograph a styled shoot at this stunning location. I’m so excited to share a preview of a Sacred Oak Vineyard wedding.
Since this wasn’t a full wedding day, the focus was on capturing the heart of the venue itself. Its textures, its scenery, and the little design elements that make it unique. If you’re planning an outdoor rustic wedding, Sacred Oak Vineyard has so much to offer.

Sacred Oak Vineyard is a place where nature and elegance meet. With sweeping views of the surrounding valley, rows of grapevines, and oak trees that live up to the venue’s name, it’s easy to envision a romantic ceremony at golden hour.
One of my favorite details? Their rustic tractor shuttle. It’s such a fun and functional touch that adds personality to the guest experience (and makes for some amazing photo ops). We made sure to highlight it — because how often do you get to ride through a vineyard in a vintage tractor wagon?

The venue feels peaceful and tucked away, but still offers the modern touches couples need for a seamless day. The ceremony and reception spaces are versatile and can be styled to match whatever you are dreaming of for your day!
Even though this shoot was limited in scope (we didn’t have a full bridal party or getting-ready moments to capture), it gave me a chance to showcase my style against the backdrop of this beautiful property. The soft, warm tones of Sacred Oak paired beautifully with my photography style, a mix of fun candid photos and romantic poses photos that feel warm, earthy and natural.
