Alexa and Sid’s spring engagement photoshoot was one from my DREAMS. We went off of a trail in Yucaipa and the flowers were so stunning, they had the most beautiful outfits, and we just had the best time together capturing their love story! A Whimsical Spring Engagement Photoshoot
This session was so much fun with Alexa and Sid! The flowers really showed up in this location for their spring photoshoot! We ventured out onto a trail in Southern California which fit Alexa and Sid so perfectly. They love to be outdoors, hiking or camping, so it was so much fun to bring their love of nature into their engagement session. I brought the cutest blanket and Alexa brought the prettiest bunch of fresh florals which really added a special touch to their photos. We kept it simple so we could really focus on these two and display the love they share. Alexa and I had messaged quite a bit before ever meeting (and still do!) so when we first met at this session, it was like we were already great friends! We laughed, explored, and captured their story exactly as they are.
Alexa + Sid’s Love Story
Alexa and Sid met on the first day of class in 2019 at CSUF. She said she was so shy and embarrassed at first that the 2nd class, she had moved away from him lol. He sat behind her the rest of the semester and they eventually became friends and the rest is history!! They got engaged when they were at home on New Year’s Eve and Sid completely surprised her. He dropped down on one knee in front of their first Christmas tree in their first home together! Alexa said it was the perfect proposal.
